Here is our Story
How has it all started?
Before UniqueWorkshop became a reality, our founder Anna was passionate about bringing people together—hosting intimate workshops in a small Brooklyn apartment, where creativity and connection flourished.

We have always been driven by the idea of building a community, knowing how challenging it can be to make new friends and meaningful connections in a fast-paced city like New York. But beyond that, we also understood the power of creativity as a form of self-care. In a world where stress, anxiety, and overthinking are constant companions, we wanted to offer a space where people could slow down, unwind, and reconnect with themselves through art.
This passion led us to launch UniqueWorkshop in August 2022, starting with art picnics in Central Park. While picnic experiences were already popular, we wanted to offer something more—an opportunity for people to connect through creativity. That’s when we introduced textured paste painting, allowing participants not only to enjoy a beautifully curated outdoor setting but also to explore their artistic side in a new and exciting way.

From those first gatherings, UniqueWorkshop quickly became more than just an event—it became a space where people could meet, create, and belong.
Today, our journey continues, evolving beyond picnics into a full-fledged creative studio, where we host textured art experiences, bento cake workshops, and soy wax candle-making sessions. Whether you're looking for a unique solo experience, a date idea, or a team-building event, UniqueWorkshop is a place where creativity, self-expression, and community come together.
