Hello People Ops, HR Business Partners, Event Managers, Team Leads
Behind the Zoom fatigue, the Slack threads, and the OKRs are humans, tired, overwhelmed, and often disconnected.
Teams today aren’t lacking productivity tools. They’re lacking emotional reset.
Escape rooms and karaoke nights can be fun — but they rarely address the real issue: chronic stress.
Teams tell us they leave those events with sore throats, not calmer minds.

Work has changed.
Deadlines keep coming. Notifications never stop.
People are running on empty — and traditional team-building doesn’t fix burnout.
According to Gallup, 76% of employees experience burnout at least sometimes.
Stress isn’t just a personal problem — it impacts engagement, retention, and performance.
You don’t need another round of trivia or a loud night out.
What your team craves is calm. Space to breathe.
A moment to feel human again.
Here’s what today’s teams crave instead:
Emotional Reset
moments of quiet, not more adrenaline
Human first connection
vulnerability over competition
Low-stakes creativity
“I can’t fail” instead of “I must win”
Science-backed formats
measurable drops in cortisol, not just party pics
Hybrid-friendly rituals
something that unites on-site and remote staff

Traditional formats entertain, but they don't restore
We create something entirely different
Art practices that reset the nervous system

An atmosphere of coziness and aesthetics instead of noise and competition

A deep process where people connect and let go of tension

At UniqueWorkshop, we create intentional, healing-centered team experiences where people aren’t expected to perform or problem-solve.
Just Be, Just Breath. Just Create
Art therapy — to access emotions and reduce internal pressure
Each of our workshops is designed using principles of:
03
01
02
Mindfulness — to anchor attention and soften stress
Aesthetics as medicine — because visual beauty isn’t a luxury — it’s a way to restore harmony inside and out
Neuroscience of healthy dopamine — to re-engage joy, presence, and creative flow
04
05
Group dynamics psychology — to gently shift teams from “performing” to “bonding,” creating space for genuine connection
06
Sensory design — from music to materials to lighting, every detail is curated to soothe the nervous system
We don’t teach art. We hold space.
This isn’t about painting by numbers.
It’s about letting your hands move when the words won’t.
It’s about restoring something inside that got dulled by deadlines.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long is each
experience?
Most of our formats last around 2 hours, including a short intro, guided creative session, and gentle wrap-up. Timing can be adjusted based on your schedule and needs.
How much does it cost?
Corporate pricing typically starts at $85–$90 per person, depending on the format, group size, and add-ons (e.g. food, travel, extra time). We offer custom proposals after a quick call or form submission.
Here, you'll find information on some of our most commonly asked questions, from appointment tips to service details. If you don't see what you're looking for, feel free to reach out!
Can you host the event
at our office?
Absolutely. We offer both in-studio and on-site experiences. If you’d like us to come to your office, we’ll bring everything — materials, table covers, aesthetic props, and even cleanup. We also offer seasonal outdoor setups, like art picnics in Central Park.
How far in advance
should we book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for Fridays or seasonal formats. However, if you’re on a tighter timeline — reach out! We often accommodate last-minute requests.
What’s the best
group size for a corporate event?
What if someone on our team “isn’t creative”?
We typically host groups from 10 to 20 people. For larger teams, we can split the group into smaller waves or design a custom multi-part experience that preserves intimacy and impact.
Perfect! Our experiences are designed for people who say “I can’t draw” or “I’m not creative.” The focus is on the process, not perfection. Everyone leaves surprised by what they created — and how good it felt.
